Since Dec 2024, TECOSIM has been integral to Hinduja Tech Ltd., a mobility-focused global engineering and R&D technology company. As the company’s centre of excellence for simulation-led design engineering, TECOSIM is a strategic partner for leading automotive manufacturers and mobility providers. With Hinduja Tech, our ~2,200 engineers offer comprehensive solutions encompassing powertrains, body engineering, vehicle integration, virtual validation, embedded electronics, and digital technologies to global OEMs and leading Tier-1 suppliers worldwide.
We celebrated our 34 year’ anniversary in 2026.

Henry Kohlstruck
Managing Director
Henry Kohlstruck has extensive experience in the engineering and automotive sectors. He studied at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda and has held various management positions during his professional career. He is Managing Director of TECOSIM GmbH and contributes his many years of experience in engineering services, business development and strategic management.
