TECOSIM, a Hinduja Tech company, is a leading partner in innovative product development. Leveraging advanced CAD, CAE, and digital engineering, we support clients in the mobility sector and beyond. Our global team of +300 experts deliver tailored solutions—from the initial concept to series production—bringing our customers‘ ideas to life. With locations in Germany, India, Japan, Romania, the UK, and the USA, we are present in key markets worldwide. Building on our core engineering services, we also offer virtual benchmarking, software solutions, and talent management.

Since Dec 2024, TECOSIM has been integral to Hinduja Tech Ltd., a mobility-focused global engineering and R&D technology company. As the company’s center of excellence for simulation-led design engineering, TECOSIM is a strategic partner for leading automotive manufacturers and mobility providers. With Hinduja Tech, our ~2,200 engineers offer comprehensive solutions encompassing powertrains, body engineering, vehicle integration, virtual validation, embedded electronics, and digital technologies to global OEMs and leading Tier-1 suppliers worldwide.

We celebrated our 34 year’ anniversary in 2026.

Henry Kohlstruck has extensive experience in the engineering and automotive sectors. He studied at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda and has held various management positions during his professional career. He is Managing Director of TECOSIM GmbH and contributes his many years of experience in engineering services, business development and strategic management.

Mark Gevers is Director Business Development at TECOSIM GmbH and has worked for the company in different positions for more than twenty years. The graduate engineer studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, specialising in automotive engineering and has made a name for himself over the past decade as an expert in electromobility.

Branch Manager TECOSIM Munich

Stefan Baum started his career at TECOSIM in 1999. The graduate engineer studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He has held different management positions since then and has headed the Munich branch since 2017. The TECOSIM engineers in the leafy Munich district of Schwabing work for clients in the international automotive industry, the aerospace sector and general industry. Structure simulation takes centre stage at this location with a specific focus on the sub-discipline of occupant safety along with airbag and multi-body system simulations.

Branch Manager

Wolfgang Dübel has been working for TECOSIM since 2007 and has headed the Cologne branch since 2013. The location offers a wide variety of services with a core focus on crash simulation, vehicle occupant and pedestrian protection, passenger compartments and vehicle seat design. The graduate engineer studied at the University of Darmstadt, specialising in computer simulation.

Andreas Krieg has been working for TECOSIM since 2011 and was promoted to Branch Manager at the Stuttgart branch in 2016. The graduate engineer has comprehensive experience in CAE and management and studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart. Our team in Stuttgart handles numerous client projects for the automotive sector.

Tom Sill

Branch Manager

Tom Sill has been at TECOSIM since 2016 and heads the Hamburg branch. He studied civil engineering at RWTH Aachen University and Hamburg University of Technology and has many years‘ experience as a CAE engineer and manager. The TECOSIM team in Hamburg handles numerous client projects in different sectors, including the aerospace industry, medical technology and the automotive sector. Engineers also work in collaboration with partners on several research projects in the field of wind energy.

Manager Talent Acquisition

Jana Napieraj has been an integral part of TECOSIM since 2019 and has been leading the Talent Acquisition Team since 2022. With a master’s degree in human resources management from the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Jana brings exceptional expertise and dedication to her role. Under her leadership, the Talent Acquisition Team has excelled in external staffing for CAE and engineering positions through personnel services and direct placements. Since April 2024, her team has also been responsible for managing all internal recruitment, handling applications for permanent positions from graduates to senior professionals. Jana’s strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence continue to drive TECOSIM’s talent acquisition success.
