Increase in client satisfaction thanks to proactivity – an interview with Cristina Ferencz, TECOSIM Romania
Proactive companies such as TECOSIM prioritise foresight and strategic action so that they are able to respond to opportunities and challenges in good time and stand out above the competition. This own-initiative culture not only enhances client satisfaction, but also ensures long-term success and collaborative relationships. An interview with Cristina Ferencz, Business Administrator and Legal Advisor at TECOSIM Romania, on the new corporate values at TECOSIM.
Cristina, why is it important for a company to be proactive?
Proactive companies not only respond to market changes; they also follow a clear vision and strategy which fuels their endeavours. They act with foresight, courageously taking new paths before external pressures compel them to do so. This approach allows them to respond to opportunities and challenges in good time, setting them apart on the market. A proactive company identifies potential hurdles, sets clear, ambitious goals and establishes a culture which positively encourages collaboration.
What effect does proactivity have on innovative spirit at TECOSIM?
Proactivity forms the basis for a dynamic, creative working environment. It creates structures where our employees can focus on innovation and research. By identifying our clients’ needs and challenges proactively, we create a framework which provides scope for ideas and own initiative. This sense of responsibility leads directly to greater innovation, which ultimately helps strengthen our clients’ competitiveness. Proactivity not allows us only to respond to market requirements but also to shape them resolutely.
How does proactivity increase client satisfaction?
It places companies in a position where they can anticipate potential risks and offer solutions before problems arise. This approach prevents unnecessary delays and frustrations, both in-house and externally. Targeted communication and the continuous improvement of our processes build our clients’ trust. Our ability to anticipate their needs and provide a proactive response to them improves satisfaction and loyalty. It’s our aim not only to create a healthy organisation, but also maintain collaborative partnerships with our clients which are defined by mutual success for the long term.
In what ways does the value proactivity define the culture and work environment that new employees can expect at TECOSIM?
At TECOSIM, we attach great importance to an open, supportive company culture, which is reflected, among other things, in the on-boarding phase and in the resources provided. From the very start, aspiring applicants and new employees are able to obtain comprehensive information about our structures, internal processes and corporate values. Our intranet serves as a central hub for accessing regulations, procedures and templates. What’s more, we promote cross-departmental collaboration, making it easier for new employees to find their way quickly and shape their roles actively within the company. The proactive approach practised throughout the organisation encourages own initiative and fosters a healthy attitude toward mistakes. These are seen as learning opportunities on the path to finding the best solution.
The proactive mindset is also evident among our employees: anyone who thinks and acts proactively seeks to shape the future. We have such people and this is exactly the type of individual we seek.
How does proactivity help us overcome future challenges and bring TECOSIM’s vision to life?
Our vision is to not only keep pace with the present but also help actively shape the future. Proactivity allows us to set clear goals while being ready for potential hurdles. This foresight helps us remain flexible and adaptable as we continuously improve and evolve. We thus ensure that we’re always one step ahead of our clients’ needs and the changing demands of the market. This way, we’re able to create the foundation for long-term success for ourselves, our partners and our clients.
Many thanks for talking to us, Cristina.
