What you should know about the Job

You will tackle challenges like

• assessing the condition of buildings and developing technical and economic renovation and conversion concepts for office, laboratory, and manufacturing buildings
• planning and designing construction and renovation measures, as well as preparing and overseeing the awarding of construction contracts
• managing construction and renovation projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control
• leading/participating in project and construction meetings, accepting completed work, and handing over projects to users
• coordinating and supervising external service providers, as well as conducting risk assessments and providing safety training

You impress us with

• a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field of study
• solid theoretical and initial practical knowledge of construction and project management
• very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., LBO, occupational safety, procurement)
• initial experience in industrial construction as well as in renovation and refurbishment projects
• proficiency in MS Office and AVA software
• your structured, independent, and business-oriented approach to work
• excellent communication and coordination skills
• excellent written and spoken German
