What you should know about the Job

You face challenges like

• designing, developing, and delivering training programs as well as managing (sub-)projects within your area of expertise
• capturing, modeling, and, where required, analyzing processes and documentation
• coordinating document and process approvals, including reviewing processes for compliance with regulatory and aviation requirements
• advising and supporting internal departments in implementing regulatory and aviation requirements, as well as designing and planning process workshops
• planning and conducting internal audits in accordance with established standards and procedures

You inspire us with

• a completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• at least three years of professional experience in project management and quality management
• strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP, particularly advanced functionalities, as well as experience with SQL and VBA programming
• ideally, a basic understanding of manufacturing and product development environments
• very good German language skills and good English language skills
