What you should know about the Job

You will face challenges like

  • contributing to demanding development and engineering projects in a technical environment
  • creating, performing, and evaluating calculations, simulations, and analyses based on existing component and system concepts
  • selecting and assessing suitable materials, components, and technical solutions
  • identifying and implementing optimization opportunities with regard to performance, strength, weight, and cost efficiency
  • reviewing and evaluating technical design and development documentation
  • analyzing and assessing technical requirements, specifications, and change requests
  • planning, supporting, and evaluating material, component, and system tests
  • creating and maintaining technical documentation, verification reports, and development records
  • collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams as well as internal and external stakeholders

You inspire us with

  • a successfully completed degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field)
  • initial or several years of professional experience in calculation, simulation, analysis, or product development
  • knowledge of numerical analysis methods, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or CAE applications
  • ideally, experience working with common engineering and simulation tools
  • a solid technical understanding and an interest in the development and optimization of technical products and systems
  • an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to contribute effectively within interdisciplinary project teams
  • a high degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and quality awareness
  • good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
