Some 30 engineers work for renowned clients in the mobility sector in the Cologne branch. The range of tasks is wide with a special focus on crash simulation, vehicle seat design and occupant and pedestrian protection.
You will find our office at the Cologne Office Campus Ossendorf (COCO). Modernised to meet sustainability standards, the building complex is easily accessed by public transport and the national road network. It is also designed for future mobility: there are secure parking facilities for bicycles and over 100 spaces in the multi-storey car park are equipped with EV charging points. The power required for this system is generated by large-scale solar collectors on the office campus roofs.
The roof terrace for our office is a perfect place to enjoy a barbecue or chat with colleagues during a coffee break. The chic cafeteria with an open lounge area and outdoor eatery on the ground floor is also a welcoming option, offering a range of freshly prepared regional products.
Sounds good? There are vacancies in Cologne on a regular basis as well as in our other locations in Hamburg, Stuttgart or Munich. You will find more information on our online job portal.

It is colleagues in the central departments of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Finance and Executive Management who mainly work at Gutenbergplatz, just 800 metres from the Wiesbaden’s main railway station. Engineers based in the Rhine-Main region also use the offices from time to time to work flexibly from a different location, connect with colleagues or simply work in a quiet place where they can focus. At lunchtime, our kitchen is a favourite meeting place. There are numerous restaurants, snack bars, bakeries and retail outlets in the immediate vicinity of the office. We are housed in an old Wilhelminian style building that is characteristic of the city.
The TECOSIM Group’s Executive Management is also based in Wiesbaden. As at the other locations, we maintain flat hierarchies, open doors, a friendly work culture and flexible working practices, including remote working options.
